21 November 2005	Joint Contracts Working Committee CDP Seminar -- "An Overview of New Standard Form of Building Contract 2005" Synopsis : The new edition of the Standard Form of Building Contracts (SFBC) has already come to its existence since April 2005. Peter has personally compiled a Guidance Notes for use together with the Standard Form of Builidng Contract - Private Edition (With Quantities) - 2005 Edition. In the seminar, Mr. Peter J. Berry will go through the Guidance Notes with presentations from perspectives of different parties of the Contract including architects, quantity surveyors, construction managers and others.		S
