The implementation of BIM has become more apparent in recent years, not only can it be used in clash detection, headroom analysis and combined service coordination, but it can also be used to ensure quality, site progress and safety are monitored. This event aims to open the discussion on the development of BIM technology throughout Mainland China in the last decade and will talk more in-depth about problems encountered through the implementation of BIM in different projects. Furthermore, how this information and data stored in BIM models can be accessed on a collaborative platform to monitor, manage and control under the four main objectives of any projects including quality, time, cost and safety.
